Returns and refunds

Right to return (14 days)

You may return your order for any reason within 14 days after you receive it. This applies to customers in the EU, the EEA, the UK and everywhere else we ship.

How to return

1. Email us at hello@scudaro.com within 14 days after you receive your order. Include your order number and the items you want to return.
2. We reply with confirmation. Do not send anything back before you have heard from us. Parcels sent without a return request may not be accepted.
3. Send the items back to us within 14 days after you told us you want to return them:

Condition of the items

Items must be unworn and unused, with tags attached and in their original packaging, so that we can sell them again. You may try an item on to see whether it fits, but we may reduce your refund if an item has been worn, washed, damaged or handled more than necessary.

Return shipping

You pay the cost of returning the items to us, unless the item you received was wrong or damaged (see below). We recommend using a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage.

Refunds

We refund the price of the returned items to your original payment method within 14 days after we have received the return (or proof that you have sent it). If you paid for standard delivery, we also refund the standard delivery cost when you return your entire order. Your bank or payment provider may need extra time to show the refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges, for example to a different size. If you want another size, return the item as described above and place a new order.

Wrong or damaged items

If you received the wrong item, or an item that is defective or damaged in transit, email us a photo at hello@scudaro.com within 14 days after delivery. We will either send you a replacement or refund you in full, and you will not pay anything, including shipping.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel an order only until it has been shipped. Email us as soon as possible at hello@scudaro.com. If the order has already been shipped, use the return process above.

Your statutory rights

The 14-day right to return above is separate from your legal rights if an item is faulty. Under Swedish law you have three years to make a complaint about a defect, and in many other EU countries at least two years. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection law.

Model withdrawal form

Use this form if you want to withdraw from your purchase. You do not have to use it; an email with the same information is enough.
